Is there a difference between Managers On A Mission and USG?There is only one key difference between Managers On A Mission and USG! We previously made our mission trips the way of passage for becoming a member. However, USG's format for becoming a member is our USG Academy. Why? We realized that not everyone can complete a 2-4 week mission trip and we wanted to make sure more young sport industry professionals had access to our opportunities and resources.
