In October 2020, we completed our transition from Managers on a Mission to Uncommon Sports Group.
We are the same organization and seek to accomplish the same mission. We're just doing it with a fresh coat of paint and an expanded set of opportunities and resources! You can read more about our rebrand here.

Our members have access to $250,000 worth of opportunities each year. This includes mission trips, service projects, conferences, events, and scholarships.

That is why we have dedicated the last seven years to coming alongside hundreds of student managers, graduate assistants, interns, and other young professionals working for collegiate and pro sports teams throughout the United States.
We are committed to engaging hundreds of future leaders of the sport industry with our unique resources and network of professionals in college and pro sports.
